SIZING

When placing your order it is important that we have the correct sizing before starting.  A size chart is provided in our shop for your reference.  Some ways of taking your measurements can be, going to your neighborhood tailor, drycleaners, or if you have measuring tape at hand, you can take your own measurements.  Should you have an issue or confusion taking your own measurements, feel free to contact us and we can take your measurements virtually.  Virtual measurements can only be provided once downpayment is received and we schedule a date.  

DEPOSITS

Your deposit is half the cost of your total balance. Once your deposit is made, your placement for dress production is secured, and fabrics along with materials will be purchased shortly after.  All deposits are FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE, should you cancel your order after production has begun, you lose your deposit along with any additional payments made. 

COLOR SWATCH AND FABRIC DESIGN MATCH

When making a custom order, prior to purchasing any fabric and material, you will be notified with pictures or videos for confirmation.  Once we receive your approval, your materials will be purchased. There are no exchanges at this point.  If for any reason you should change your mind about the color of your piece once materials has already been purchased, you will be fully responsible for the additional cost of new materials.  This is why we ask that you are certain about fabric/ material choices prior to purchase.

SHIPPING

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE IT CAN BE SHIPPED OUT.

All items are made to order unless we have a dress that is ready to ship, in that case it will be listed as so. Please expect the turnaround time for your item to be approximately 2 to 4 weeks depending on designs and the amount of previous orders ahead of yours, some designs may be more complex and will require more time, if such a case should occur, you will be notified beforehand.  Should you require an item sooner, an additional rush fee of $75 will be applied.  Please let us know the exact date of when you need your piece to make sure the time span is doable.  Once your order is placed you cannot cancel or else you will lose your deposit, please be sure about your purchase before everything is final.  
All items are shipped using standard shipping which is normally 5-7 business days, which starts after your item is complete and ships out.  Express shipping can also be provided per request at the express shipping fee rate, which varies based on location. Once your package ships out, you will be given a tracking number to track the status of your order.  In the very rare occasion that your item is lost or stolen, Roberleine Designs will not be held liable, however Items will be shipped out with insurance.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
 
Roberleine Designs takes every bit of pleasure in priding itself in providing the best quality of service along with great merchandise towards making sure our customers are pleased.  All items are  thoroughly inspected and checked prior to shipment. Once purchase is made, ALL sales are final.  All items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items.

It is critical that you provide us with the correct measurements since there are no exchanges. A size chart is provided in our shop to help assist you with finding your size.  We always recommend going one size up if you are in between sizes.   Should you require further assistance with choosing your size, please feel free to reach out to us and we will make necessary accommodations in helping you find your correct measurement even if we need to do a virtual fitting.  When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, since we are not present to get your exact measurements, in which case this has to be done locally and at your expense.  

Once your piece is complete, all final payments are expected to be made for preparation of shipment.  We expect all payments to be made in full.  Dresses that go unclaimed with unsatisfied balances for more than 3 weeks become automatic property of Roberleine Designs and can in turn be resold to complete unfulfilled balances.
